It is the responsibility of the client to verify that the published details, dates, times and addresses are correct on the 'Confirmation' form Bookings are not considered 'confirmed' until the due deposit (non refundable) has been paid in advance and the balance 21 days before the booked date.

No alcohol is to be consumed in the limousine unless provided by West End Cars OVER 18s only.

West End Cars do not accept any responsibility for any personal items lost or stolen whilst the limousine is under hire.

The company shall supply the limousine as instructed. However, in the unlikely event of accident and or breakdown whether mechanical or electrical,West End Cars will make every effort to sort out the problem so the journey may continue or the hirer will be transferred to amother vehicle and any extra costs incurred will be borne by the company or refund given if deemed appropriate.

West End Cars accepts no responsibility for any adverse weather conditions (i.e. snow, flooding etc.) which may cause inconvenience, delay and/or cancellation of the booking by the company.

West End Cars insists that a strict no smoking policy is adhered to in the limousine at all times.

The consumption of food is not permitted in the limousine.

The hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused both inside and outside of the limousine or any member of his/her party, howsoever caused.

West End Cars or its representative (e.g. chauffer ) reserve the right to refuse entry to the limousine to any person/persons they deem unfit for whatever reason and can refuse to continue the journey if any person/persons behave in a manner which the company/representative feel may be detrimental to others persons or to the limousine and its contents. In this case no refund shall be given.

Once a booking is made , confirmed and deposit paid ,the price quoted to the hirer will not be subject to alteration unless there is any deviation from the details of the booking ( see conditions 4 and 11 ),no deposits can be refunded.

The company would like to add notice to the transmission hump in the centre of the limousine (Lincoln Towncar only) and would ask that you and your guests take care when entering and leaving the limousine as the company West End Carss cannot be held responsible for any incidents resulting from person/persons entering and leaving the limousine

Any extra requests or alterations to the booking. Any alterations in most cases will involve extra charges being levied on the original quotation.
